Dr. Ravi Chatterjee
Dr. Ravi Chatterjee is a Faculty member at IMT Business School, Dubai in the area of Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Having more than 12 years of experience in the academic and corporate sector, he is abreast with knowledge in Marketing, Human resources, Entrepreneurship, and Soft Skills. He obtained his MBA from the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata with a specialization in Marketing, and has received his Ph.D. in Management. He is a team player, keen planner, and implementer with excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. He is a passionate teacher and a great motivator. He has been serving as an ad hoc reviewer for leading marketing journals. His research interest is in service ecosystems, customer engagement, customer happiness, and digital marketing. He is a recipient of the ‘2016 Outstanding Paper award’ by Emerald LiteratiNetwork at the 7th IRSSM 2016 sponsored by the Journal of Service Management. ‘Highly Commended Award’ at the 8th IRSSM 2017 & 10th IRSSM 2019 sponsored by the Journal of Service Management. ‘Young Service Researcher Award’ at the 7th IRSSM 2016 & 8th IRSSM 2017 sponsored by Mahidol University, Thailand, and Yonsei University, Seoul respectively. He has received ‘Best
Paper Award’ at various National and International Conferences between 2012 – 2017. In his career thus far, he has trained thousands of individuals and has helped shape their lives.
